We take our customer service seriously which includes you getting your order on time. Once orders are placed, they may not be able to be edited, added to, or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Loving Tan’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane and so we follow any Queensland Public Holidays.
All orders received before 1 pm (AEST) are dispatched at the latest the next business day and delivered within 2-7 business days within metro areas. All orders are fully traceable, and a tracking notification will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Please note: During peak periods (Campaigns, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays or other factors out of our control), dispatch times may be longer.
Our warehouse is operating as normal in accordance with WHO practices and orders are being processed daily, however:
- carriers are experiencing delays to some countries;
- some shipping services may currently be temporarily unavailable to your country. Our website is updated daily with service availability.

Free shipping on all orders over $50
If your order is over $50 you will receive complimentary shipping. If your order value is less than $50, regular shipping will be $9.95 Australia wide.
We hope that you love your Loving Tan products as much as we do. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your unused item/s in original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery and receive a refund of the purchased goods.
To return a product, you must provide valid proof of purchase (including electronic invoice or order number) to our customer team for approval.
Items need to be returned to within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Locate your order number from your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
2. Please send an email to our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details regarding your return.
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Postal Address
- Reason for return.
Photos help us understand your issue. We recommend that you include these in your email so we will be able to assist you faster
3. Once approved, our customer care team will assist you in organising your return.
4. Package your items securely including your Returns Form (provided to our customer care team) and drop off your return at any Post Office, Post Box or Parcel Locker. It is essential to include your return form so our warehouse knows who is returning the products.
5. Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on your returns package.
6. We recommend using an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
